It took 3 attempts to locate this oil leak. Initially I thought the leak was coming from mid to lower level of the engine, because the head area looked so clean. On the third attempt, running from cold with the engine access cover removed, it's very clear that the leak is from a failed camshaft oil seal. Perhaps it was hard to spot before because of the new, clean oil :)
The pictures show the contamination from underneath.
